Elizabeth Arden has acquired the brand licenses and certain assets of Riviera Concepts. The acquired brands include the Badgley Mischka fragrance, which is launching this fall, the classic fragrances of Canadian designer ALfred Sung, the Hummer Fragrance for Men (under a licensing agreement with General Motors Corp.), as well as other designer brands.
